Kin Meeting Wed 24th Sep (pm GMT

Hello everyone

We are holding a Kin meeting at 9 pm GMT on Wed 24 Sep at the Kinhouse (also on teamspeak for those that can’t be in game).

It's a great chance for us all to catch up and discuss what we’d all like for the kin I’d also like for us to discuss Officer elections. I know a lot of you have ideas and it would be great to share those.

All are welcome please come along if you can.

Summary of meeting:

Thanks again to everyone who came along. Lovely to see so much enthusiasm for the future of the kin.

The following was agreed/confirmed:

• We will shortly hold officer elections, all current officers will stand down prior to results being announced (more details will be issued in a separate post and via kin mail)
• Thursday/Saturday will be organised kin group/raid nights to suit the numbers online
• We will create a small team of group leaders to help share the organisation and running of these activities, officer status is not required to volunteer (see separate post)
• Any person in the kin is free to run activities and groups on a spontaneous basis at other times, again officer status is not required
• Kin chat is not a suitable forum for Ettenmoors related arguments and complaints and so it should not be used for this purpose, ever.
• A dedicated PvP night is probably not viable due to unpredictable activity levels but people would like to do some kin only groups there from time to time

 

Future discussions on ideas for events and activities can be freely discussed in kin chat and on forums to include the things we didn't get chance to discuss like festivals, crafting, deeds and fun events and competitions.
